Design

We use Autodesk Fusion 360 for CAD design, modeling, prototyping, fitment work, and product development. This allows us to create practical parts around real dimensions, mounting needs, field use, and customer requirements.

Manufacturing

KMRNL uses additive manufacturing, reinforced polymers, embedded hardware, threaded inserts, screws, and mounting components to produce strong functional parts for real use.

Testing

Products are reviewed for fit, function, usability, strength, and real-world performance. Our goal is not just to make a part. Our goal is to make a part that works.

Custom Part Design

Additive Manufacturing

Reinforced Materials & Hardware Integration

Many KMRNL products use reinforced polymers, metal screws, threaded inserts, M-LOK hardware, mounting nuts, embedded hardware, and other mechanical components to improve strength, fit, and service life.

Firearm Accessory Manufacturing

KMRNL is an ATF Type 07 firearms manufacturer. Our firearm-related manufacturing includes cartridge holders, magazine braces, bag riders, rail-mounted accessories, and purpose-built rifle components designed for hunters, shooters, and field use.

Farm, Ranch, Shop & Utility Parts

KMRNL also develops practical parts for farms, ranches, shops, equipment repairs, desks, workspaces, tool organization, and field use. These include brackets, holders, mounts, replacement parts, laptop stands, under-desk mounts, fixtures, and practical utility products.

Low-Volume Production

We support small-batch production for products that do not require large manufacturing runs. This is useful for early-stage products, niche components, replacement parts, custom accessories, and specialized field-use items.
